Q: Why hasn’t my repayment updated

Cash advance repayments can take 1-3 business days to reflect on your end. We still need time to process and clear the repayment with your bank.

Q: Why does it say “too close to payday"?

You need to wait 1-3 business days after every payday so that we have enough time to process your incoming paychecks.

Q: Can I change bank info

In your app, go to Settings > Bank > Remove > Click Continue > Reconnect Bank > Accept and continue and follow the instructions via Plaid. 

Q: Why is my debit card not linking?

Your bank is not allowing us to connect your debit card. Without a successful connection, you are unable to move forward.

Many times this happens because:

  • Your bank servers are down
  • Your bank is not a participating banking institution
  • You have a negative balance or have had a negative balance for quite some time
  • The debit card is associated with a different checking account (maybe connected to reserve or growth account)

Q: Can I get a payment extension?

Our app does not allow our customers to choose their own date of payment. Each Klover customer will receive their own payment date based on their next payday. If our system detects no funds, we will not attempt to collect the funds. We will still try to withdraw the funds at a later date, but we will not overdraft the account.
