Points for some offers are credited immediately, but for others it might take a bit longer. We encourage you to allow a minimum of 72 hours for the points to appears in your account - if you don't see them in a few days, feel free to reach out to Customer Support.
If it has been more than 72 hours and you don't see the points in your account, we apologize for the delay. To assist you further, we kindly request that you provide us with the following information:
- Name of the merchant where you completed the offer.
- A screenshot of the confirmation or sign-up page for the offer.
- If multiple steps were required to complete the offer, a screenshot showing proof of any additional step you needed to complete (for example, if a partner offer required you to deposit $5 for completion, please send a screenshot showing you deposited $5).

While some partner offers do provide instant points, others might require a brief processing period. Please allow up to 72 hours for points from partner offers to be credited to your account. If you do not see the points after this period, kindly refer to the previous question for steps to follow.
You can monitor the status of points earned from partner offers by checking the "Points History" section on the Points tab. Please keep in mind that the processing time may vary depending on the offer. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out to our customer support team after the 72-hour period has passed.
