Receipt FAQ
Q: I have receipts from a year ago. Do those receipts count?
We do not accept any receipts that are older/past 90 days. Make sure your receipts are from the last 90 days.
Q: Do all receipts earn cash back points?
As a reminder, we only accept physical receipts from participating retailers. We currently DO NOT accept ATM receipts, credit card receipts, receipts with no product items, handwritten receipts, pictures of receipts, coupons, or lotto tickets.
Q: I keep getting an error message, what's wrong?
Keep in mind not all receipts are accepted. There could be a few reasons your receipt is not being accepted by the system.
- Make sure the receipt has a corresponding transaction in your primary bank account associated with your Klover account
- The receipt total must match with your online bank transactions (if you recently tipped you will need to wait 2-3 business days)
- The retailer or merchant does not participate with our receipt program
